Regulate

Dear guests!

Our holiday apartments and accommodations for construction workers are designed to be a home away from home. We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed.

We've put a lot of effort into the furnishings and hope you'll find everything you need. The following house rules are intended to help ensure a pleasant stay. We've also listed a few rules that we hope you'll understand. By treating the apartment properly, you'll help us continue to offer you and other guests satisfactory accommodations in the future.

Generally

If you are missing anything in the facility or need assistance, please feel free to contact us. You may and should use all items located in or belonging to your apartment or garden. Please treat all furnishings and furnishings with care and treat the rental property with respect. Please ensure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions. We ask that you leave the provided items in the apartment and do not take them with you.

pay

After receiving your booking, the full payment of your overnight stay is due by bank transfer/advance payment.

extra costs

Water, electricity, heating, and garbage are included in the rent. These costs are calculated based on normal usage. The landlord reserves the right to charge additional fees for above-average usage.

Kitchen

Please treat the kitchen equipment and appliances with care. Since a dirty kitchen is no one's cup of tea, please only store dishes, pots, and cutlery in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on tables or countertops without trivets. Always use a cutting board when cutting food. Please leave the oven interior clean and feel free to use the provided baking paper.

Damage

Nobody intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would appreciate it if you would report any damage so that we can discover it during the final cleaning, rather than waiting until after your departure. The tenant is liable for any damage up to the replacement cost. Upon arrival, we reserve the right to collect a damage deposit (depending on the rented apartment/house), which will be refunded immediately after you have left the apartment in good condition.

Ventilate

To prevent mold growth, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently. At least one short burst of ventilation per day (for 5-10 minutes), especially after showering, is necessary to prevent mold growth.

Duty of care

We ask that you treat the rental property with care and ensure that your fellow travelers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. The front door should always be closed and locked with a key when leaving the house. All windows must also be closed when leaving the apartment to prevent possible damage from storms or burglary. Water and electricity resources must be used sparingly.

Children

Parents are responsible for their children. Upon request, we can provide up to two travel cots, including bed linen, and up to two high chairs free of charge. Please let us know what you need when booking.

Disposal

Waste is separated into residual waste, glass, organic waste, paper, and packaging (plastic) marked with the green dot. An overview of the applicable waste separation rules is available in every apartment (multilingual). Appropriate containers are available for your use in the apartments/houses. Please only use trash cans and cosmetic bins in the bathroom with garbage bags, and dispose of them in the residual waste bin. This bin is located in front of the building entrance at the garbage collection point. No garbage, food scraps, harmful liquids, or similar items may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilets, washbasins, or shower! Avoid anything that could clog the pipes (do not flush sanitary products down the toilet).

cleaning

Should you encounter any accidents (extreme dirt, spills on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask that you clean them up immediately. We ask that you leave the holiday apartments/worker accommodations swept clean upon departure and put all used dishes back in the cupboards.

Final cleaning

The costs of final cleaning are included in the rental price.

Rest periods

In the spirit of good neighborliness, we ask you to respect public quiet hours, such as lunchtime, nighttime, and Sunday quiet hours. Out of consideration, quiet hours should also be observed in the holiday apartment/worker accommodation itself between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., and no loud music or private parties should be held.

smokers

Smoking is not permitted in the rented apartment/house. Please leave the apartment if you wish to smoke. A designated smoking area is provided in front of the house entrance. We ask that you dispose of your cigarette butts in the designated containers instead of throwing them on the ground.

Internet/Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment has wireless internet access (Wi-Fi). A data sheet containing the Wi-Fi access information is available in each apartment for scanning. Alternatively, we have included the access information in our automated email series. Using the internet with your own Wi-Fi-enabled device (laptop, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the Wi-Fi connection is free of charge. You use the internet at your own risk; the landlord disclaims any liability in connection with the tenant's internet usage. When using the internet access via Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi usage rules must also be observed (see the "Wi-Fi Terms of Use"/Download below). Please understand, however, that we (must) protect ourselves against misuse with a signature from you.

Pets

Pets are generally permitted, but prior registration/consultation with us is required. Please let us know of your pets so we can make the necessary arrangements. A flat-rate pet cleaning fee of €25.00 is charged for pets. You can pay this fee immediately after booking by bank transfer/prepayment or in cash upon arrival.

Parking

Free public and private parking spaces (suitable for cars, trucks/buses/Vans, and motorcycles) are generally available in front of our properties. You will receive parking instructions/directions via email one day before your arrival. House Rules: For urgently required repairs, it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the vacation rental without the guest's knowledge.

Key

Please never hand over the keys. Lost keys must be reported immediately, and the guest is liable for the replacement cost.

Access to the apartment via PIN code (NUKI electronic locking system)

You will receive the access codes to your apartment via email one day before your arrival. Please do not share the code with third parties.

Liability

The landlord is not liable for the guest's valuables.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is generally from 3:00 PM daily, or by personal arrangement if necessary. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 11:00 AM at the latest. Upon your departure, the apartment should be left in the same condition as you found it. By booking the apartment, we assume that you have accepted the house rules.

Thank you for your attention.

We wish you a pleasant stay, lots of fun, relaxation and recreation.

Your team from TimeOut Immo GmbH!
