Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are as follows:
Prices:
Our prices are automatically calculated daily by a price calculation tool, which is why price variations may occur. Generally, weekly prices (arrival Sunday to Thursday) are cheaper than weekend prices (arrival Friday, Saturday).
The minimum occupancy per apartment is one person. Two people are included in the basic overnight rate.
For each additional person, surcharges will be charged per night.
The maximum occupancy of each apartment can be found in the respective advertisements.
Additional persons beyond the maximum occupancy are possible on request (with an extra bed).
Children's beds for children up to 2 years old are available for your stay at an additional cost/upon request.
Please provide us with further information on the booking form (under “Message to the landlord”).
Payment:
Payment of the travel price must be made within 48 hours of your booking.
Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without notice in order to free up availability for potential guests.
For short-term bookings, the full amount is due immediately.
The minimum length of stay per apartment varied depending on the type and amenities of each apartment.
If you're planning a longer stay, please send us an inquiry. We'll create a customized offer for you.
The fees for final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the overnight price (free of charge).
A pet fee of €25.00 per stay applies if you wish to bring your pet. Advance registration is required.
Arrival is possible daily from 3:00 p.m.
You will receive the access data (PIN codes) for our electronic locking system NUKI one day before arrival and after payment via automated email.
Depending on the property, an emergency key box for contactless check-in is installed near the entrance of the respective apartment/house.
The reservation/booking confirmation and all other information about your stay will also be sent automatically via email.
Departure on the day of departure is possible until 11:00 a.m.
